El fideicomiso como mecanismo financiero para la inversión en el Perú

Abstract

El objetivo del presente trabajo es investigar la importancia que ha tomado el fideicomiso como un instrumento financiero en el Perú a favor de la inversión, es decir, se pretende demostrar que el dinamismo del fideicomiso contribuye a la inversión. El fideicomiso que no es una simple comisión de confianza, sino involucra la creación de un patrimonio autónomo adonde se transfieren los activos. Se observará que a pesar del crecimiento del fideicomiso durante los últimos años, existen algunas deficiencias que tendrían que ser superadas. Por ello, es relevante identificarlas analizando su comportamiento en la inversión privada y pública, y como las empresas privadas y órganos públicos encuentran al fideicomiso como un mecanismo que facilita el acceso a créditos.

The aim of this study is to investigate the importance taken by the trust as a financial instrument in Peru for investment, ie, it is intended to demonstrate that the dynamism of trust contributes to investment. The trust that is not a simple commission of trust, but involves the creation of an independent fund where assets are transferred. It is noted that despite the growth of the trust over the years, some deficiencies that have to be overcome. Therefore, it is important to identify them by analyzing their behavior in private and public investment, and as private companies and public bodies are to trust as a mechanism that facilitates access to credit.
