Medición del nivel de prevención de la seguridad y salud en la Compañía Minera Raura S.A. - 2007

Abstract

La presente Tesis se centra en incrementar la seguridad del personal por ende la productividad de la organización en la reducción de costos por accidentes que involucre, pérdidas de tiempos en paradas de producción, interrupción de labores, investigación de accidentes, presentación de sustentos e indemnizaciones. Para el desarrollo se establece un marco teórico – práctico tratando temas de seguridad que cubran las actividades que se realizan en la organización donde tenemos mayor cantidad de accidentes, el objetivo principal marca la dirección en base a la evaluación y medición del desempeño de la gestión lo cual se refuerza con la identificación de la desviación y el establecimiento de parámetros que permitan optimizar el sistema, para lo cual se determino que el método más apropiado para la investigación es el muestreo conglomerado, porque los elementos de selección pertenecían a grupos definidos dentro de la organización, el procedimiento se llevo a cabo con encuestas y cuestionario cerrado; obteniéndose un tamaño de muestra de 97 como población representativa del personal de compañía. La medición en base a dos factores importantes la Auditoria Interna de Línea Base y La Encuesta, de esa manera y en conjunto obtenemos cual es la realidad de la organización, 65% á 70% de aprobación en la Encuesta y 52% de implementación que reporta el Sistema SGR (Sistema de Gestión de Riesgos) en cuanto a su implementación, comparado con una auditoria realizada con el Manual de Auditor – Siger/Prager, se refuerza con el inventario de criticidad y el análisis estadístico de la performance de seguridad, la desviación del sistema implementado se identifica en esta fase, así mismo los factores de seguridad importantes que pueden ayudar a saber cuales son las fortalezas y debilidades permitiéndonos establecer el FODA de la Organización, de aquí se establecen las estrategias en materia de Seguridad y Salud para complementar la implementación. Capacitaciones y seguimientos al sistema actual, de esa manera elevar los estándares en materia de Seguridad y Salud a nivel organizacional. Aplicando las oportunidades de mejora en la organización podremos elevar los estándares implementados de optimizar el sistema calculando un presupuesto de S/. 2´264,215.

Qualifications and pursuit to the current system, in that way to elevate the satndards as regards Security and Health at organizacional level. Applying the opportunities of improvement in the organization Hill be able to elevate the standards implemented by way of optimizing the system calculating a budget of S/.2´264,215.
