El contrabando y la política comercial en el Perú 1988-2011

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación sobre el contrabando y la política comercial en perú, se realizó en los años 1988 al 2011, en la zona fronteriza sur y adicionalmente en el norte y sur - oriente y comprendió a las ciudades de tumbes, Piura, puno y Tacna. El trabajo tiene como problema general: ¿cómo influye la aplicación de la política comercial en el contrabando? el objetivo de la investigación es probar como influye la aplicación de la política comercial en el contrabando y para esto se analizaron la respectivas variables de la política comercial, la variable precios, empleo informal y el arancel. Se concluye que la política comercial y el arancel son las variables que influyen en la actividad ilícita del contrabando.

The present research on People Smuggling and Trade Policy in Peru, was conducted in the years 1988 to 2011, in the border area and further south in the North and South - East and included the cities of Tumbes, Piura, Puno and Tacna. The work is general problem: How does the implementation of trade policy in CONTRABAND? The aim of the research is to test and influence the implementation of trade policy in this CONTRABAND and the respective variables of Trade Policy, the Variable Rates, Tariff Informal Employment and analyzed. We conclude that the COMMERCIAL POLICY and the tariff are the variables that influence the unlawful activity of smuggling.
