Implementación de una estructura de control de costos diarios en la unidad minera Arasi

Abstract

La Unidad Minera Arasi está ubicada en el departamento de Puno, provincia de Lampa y en el distrito de Ocuviri; la cual explota un depósito mineral epitermal de alta sulfuración por el método a tajo abierto, el procesamiento del mineral se realiza por lixiviación en el pad que tiene 17 lifs de 8 metros de altura cada uno y en la refinería de la unidad salen las barras dore de 13kg. En esta unidad no se contaba con un control diario de costos operativo y simplemente se esperaba al cierre de mes para saber el costo que se había realizado; por esto se realizó esta investigación en la cual se determinó el problema principal “¿Es necesario crear una estructura para el control de los costos operativos en forma diaria en la Unidad Minera Arasi?” y de este problema nació la hipótesis principal “Es necesario crear una estructura para el control de los costos operativos en forma diaria en la Unidad Minera Arasi, para así mejorar el control de los costos” y se tiene como objetivo principal “Diseñar una estructura para el control de los costos operativos en forma diaria en la Unidad Minera Arasi”. En la presente tesis se empleó datos de producción diaria, reporte de equipo y transporte diarios, datos de costos de meses anteriores, distribución de costos de la unidad y cálculos de gabinete. Haciendo uso del programa Excel 2010, se procedió a diseñar la estructura de control de costos; la cual tiene varias hojas de cálculos que nos permiten saber por centro de costo cuanto se le asignada de costo de acuerdo con el tipo de costo y también se tiene una hoja resumen en la cual se compara el costo calculado ejecutado vs el plan del mes en forma diaria. Al final del mes se compara los valores reportado en esta estructura vs el real para así calcular una aproximación y mejorarla cada mes, lo cual permitirá que sea más exacto con nuestros cálculos.

Daily production data, daily transport and equipment reports, cost data from previous months, unit cost distribution and cabinet calculations were used in this thesis. Using the program Excel 2010, we proceeded to design the structure of cost control; Which has several calculation sheets that allow us to know by cost center what is assigned cost of agreement to the type of expense and also has a summary sheet in which compares the costs calculated executed vs. the plan of the month on a daily basis . At the end of the month we compare the values reported in this structure vs the real to calculate an approximation and improve it every month, which will allow it to be more accurate with our calculations.
