This research is based on the concept of the reuse of construction waste that shows the results obtained by using recycled fine aggregate to obtain recycled mortar, which was evaluated in fresh and hardened state, by substitutions in partial and complete parts of the aggregate in different dosages. We have worked with 3 designs of water / cement ratios, maintaining constant the weight ratio of sand - cement from 1 to 2.75; in each design we have a conventional mortar and substitutions of natural sand for recycled sand at 25, 50, 75 and 100%; the first design was made taking into account that the fluidity is in the range of 110 ± 5, indicated by the Peruvian technical standard, the other two designs were taken with higher and lower water / cement ratios. At the end, we have worked with 15 dosages. As a result, we could see that at the same time, while the percentage of substitution of natural sand for recycled sand increased, the fluidity of the mortar increased too, this could be because the granulometry of the recycled sand is smaller than the natural sand and with the greater percentage of fines, they made that the mixture had workability. In the three designs was observed that a 50% substitution of natural sand for recycled sand has better results in the compression tests; and substitutions of 25 and 50% have better results on stress tests. The results show similar or better behaviors to the standard samples, so their application would be very beneficial in technical, ecological and economic aspects.
