Terminal terrestre de transporte interprovincial en Chincha

Abstract

La implementación de un terminal terrestre interprovincial en Chincha nace de la misma necesidad y el afán de mejora que se viene dando en esta ciudad. Una vía tan importante como la Panamericana Sur nos permite Regar en forma casi directa al Centro de Chincha beneficiando al sector turístico y al comercial que es la principal fuente económica de la ciudad. El terreno elegido para el terminal terrestre tiene un área de 23673.165m2 dentro del cual encontraremos además comercio y hospedaje. La edificación se desarrolla en 2 niveles a excepción del Hotel que llega hasta el 7mo piso. La gran circulación principal y áreas de espera para los pasajeros del terminal se ven cubiertas por una estructura metálica que permite ganar mayor altura logrando mantener los ambientes ventilados en esta calurosa ciudad. Gracias al terminal terrestre el caos vehicular ocasionado por los buses de las distintas empresas que se rigen en distintos paraderos muchas veces de manera informal pasará a tener un orden el mismo que se verá reflejado en la ciudad.

This project born of the necessity and in order to improve the Public Transportation between Cities. The name of the project is Chincha's Bus Terminal. One road as important as Panamericana. Sur allows us to get directly to the Chincha's city benefiting the tourism and business industry that have being the main sourse of income of the city. The field chosen for the bus terminal has an area of land within 23673.65 square meters also finding trade and hospitality. The building of commercial development has two levels, and the hotel department has seven levels. The main circulation and waiting area tor passengers are covered by a metal frame that allows height gain more ventilated environments. This terminal is going to build in order to improve and maintain order in the city. Bus companies occasioned chaos because they have informal stops, but this situation is going to be changed. Thanks to the project order will be reflected in the city.
