Performance de la perforación y voladura para el control de tiros cortados en la construcción de líneas de transmisión de alta tensión

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar cómo se afecta la voladura con los tiros cortados, y de controlarse; optimiza la fragmentación y la seguridad en el proyecto. Por lo tanto, se planteó la hipótesis que al controlar los tiros cortados en la voladura se optimiza mejor la seguridad y fragmentación de la roca. Para lograr las metas del avance se eligió controlar e eliminar los tiros cortados. Para proceder con las metas se determinar las causas de los tiros cortados, un análisis a fondo determina que las causas de los tiros cortados que suponen un peligro con consecuencias fatales son esencialmente por mala manipulación (destreza del operador) y por condiciones físicas de los explosivos y sus respectivos accesorios; al controlar estos parámetros se llegó a obtener una alta eficiencia en la voladura al mismo que los índices de accidentes disminuyeron drásticamente.
